The CDI is registered on 04 December 1996 at UVR Tetovo and according to the new law, at the Court of Tetovo under the number 12/98 in the register of the citizens associations. The CDI has its own statute and program and works independently of other organizations and institutions. The CDI provides the necessary means for realization of the program activities by sponsorship, donations and personal incomes.
