Within this program, we organize:

• capacity building training for the NGOs, institutions and informal groups

• free of charge assistance, technical equipment and facilities for interested organisations and institutions.

Special focus is given to the following areas:

• Forging more effective cooperation among the NGOs and; NGO, Local Government and Local Businesses cooperation  
   

• Raising public awareness for active participation in the process of the decision making in local and national level
